Nachdem Paul Racine eine nette Nacht mit einer hübschen Japanerin verbracht hat, wird er Zeuge wie sie von Ninjas ermordet wird. Diese glauben auch ihn getötet zu haben, doch er überlebt. Da er das Gesicht des Ninjas gesehen hat, muß er aber sterben. Seine einzige Hilfe ist ein Samurai-Krieger, der mit dem Ninja noch eine alte Rechnung offen hat. Eine unbarmherzige Jagd beginnt...
