Die Strong World, eine fliegende Inselgruppe hoch oben in den Wolken, auf der unzählige überaus starke und intelligente Tiere leben. Ruffy und seine Crewmitglieder landen verstreut auf der Inselgruppe und müssen nun um ihre eigene Haut kämpfen, bis sie schließlich wieder zusammenfinden. Doch düstere Wolken zeigen sich am Himmel auf, als der legendäre Pirat »Golden Lion« Shiki sich nach 20 Jahren seit seinem Verschwinden den Strohhutpiraten offenbart. Er erkennt Namis überragende Fähigkeiten als Navigatorin und entführt sie vor den Augen ihrer Freunde. Werden Ruffy und die anderen Nami retten können und welchen Plan verfolgt Shiki?
